Project SYNCERE is a non-profit organization focused on STEM education for under-represented youth in Chicago, IL. As a consultant to Project SYNCERE, FortisOBM worked closely with the marketing director to develop creative and strategic marketing material for campaigns and ongoing organization exposure.
To help facilitate deliverables, FortisOBM introduced Asana Project Management tool to Project SYNCERE to organize project deliverables, assign tasks, and seamlessly communicate workload. We also developed a graphic design request form to help streamline internal processes, and intended internal marketing meetings to communicate with multiple decision makers.
