Introduction

DaLila and Tessa founded Volteo on their combined high-end and large-scale project expertise. As a start-up company, they needed to compete with very large and established firms and develop their reputation in the industry. To do that, they needed a firm brand identity.  

 After meeting Melinda at CREW Orlando, Volteo hired FortisOBM to provide marketing and brand strategy and development to help them launch their firm and scale efficiently. Challenge 1: Marketing Materials, Brand Identity, and Strategy 

Volteo had the perfect skill set and blend of combined experience to propel their firm forward. Still, they needed essential marketing tools and a firm grasp on how they fit into the industry to develop a reputation, compete, and grow. They struggled to determine a focused starting point from which to systematically evolve their brand and reputation.  

  • Solution: After meeting Melinda through Crew Orlando, Volteo hired FortisOBM to develop essential marketing materials and provide brand strategy. FortisOBM helped Volteo establish a series of strategic phases to create marketing and brand materials to highlight the firm’s boutique approach to the industry.

Volteo had no standard language or copy from which to pull for their marketing. They needed a master document with standard scopes of copy readily available for diverse marketing needs.  

  • Solution: As part of the marketing strategy, FortisOBM stepped in to assess Volteo’s possible marketing needs, evaluate the firm’s understanding of its own identity, prompt reflective and developmental thinking, and coach the firm on its position in the industry.
